1-2-1 Personal Training
This service gives you the opportunity to work with me 1-2-1 to achieve any fitness goal you may have. We will meet up throughout the week and I will push you to achieve greatness in every session. You will also be given a full program to follow alongside our sessions together.

2x 30 minute sessions per week
This includes:
-x2 sessions a week with myself
