Personal Training Options

1-2-1 Personal Training

This service gives you the opportunity to work with me 1-2-1 to achieve any fitness goal you may have. We will meet up throughout the week and I will push you to achieve greatness in every session. You will also be given a full program to follow alongside our sessions together.

2x 30 minute sessions per week

This includes:

-x2 sessions a week with myself

- Free gym membership

- Training program to complete outside of our sessions

- Full App access

- Calorie and macro calculations

- Bi-weekly check-ins

- Support group chat

- Discounted bootcamp prices

3x 60 minute sessions per week

This includes:

-x3 sessions a week with myself

- Free gym membership

- Training program to complete outside of our sessions

- Full App access

- Calorie and macro calculations

- Bi-weekly check-ins

- Support group chat

1x 60minute session per week

This includes:

-x1 session a week with myself

- Free gym membership

- Training program to complete outside of our sessions
